complaints!

I love when I let the cat into my room after she's been meowing about it. I open the door and she looks behind her like "there was totally someone out here making noises, oh well coming in!"

Found out I can do very little for my portfolio tonight. I have the files of things I've been doing but they are the indesign files and I don't have all the fonts and crap to make them work. So I have to whittle PDFs out of spit and sticks at work tomorrow and sunday will be design day (and laundry) and monday at work I will have to print shit and hope it doesn't end up needing lots of adjustments. It really annoys me that the printer prints darker and more contrasted than the display. When you print out of photoshop its exactly like you see on the screen, any other program prints off, by a noticeable amount. We don't set things up in photoshop for the most part.

I suppose though if everything else is edited I might have time to start putting stuff together tomorrow...

Having to do things on deadlines at work has really made me all nonchalant about all of this. Normally I would be kind of focusing on it a whole lot, but this time I'm pretty chill. I think a lot of it is that I can't always do something about it, so why worry right now.

I might draw things. Need a portrait for my portfolio...I guess. They want to see hand drawn things and portraits for this interview. I can always draw it later too, in case anyone who reads this wants to offer up a photo.
