Today was a day.

I knew that my (not)manager was leaving the company I work for, but she is family of the owners so she was giving them about 2 months notice vs. 2 weeks. Only based on her having a meeting with the owner and HR, and how she boxed up her desk quickly I suspect she is no longer there. Plus the part where I was leaving for the rest of the day and accidentally saw her crying and talking with HR.

I left for the day because I was doing an interview for a library.

Probably they are going to either try and give me my (not)manager's job, or just not say anything about it. I don't want the job, and the whole place is weird as heck while they go through some serious growing pains from family business to family owned more corporate stuff. It's not bad I just don't know ALL the jobs enough to help shape this.

Then they called me to see where I was at 3pm (I left at 11:45a) because the owner was looking for me. I'm working on something for the delivery trucks for him. So it could be that or it could be him trying to give me a job I don't want.
I did realize super belatedly that I've been improperly filing the request off paperwork wrong. NOT that it would help with anyone knowing where I am at every given moment (most of the reason I don't want this job).

I don't want to run myself in the ground again, and if I can get this other job it will have more defined job duties as well as better pay. Like all the money I have now PLUS rent$ pay. Which I've literally never had before...as I still live at home with my parents.
Plus it's a LIBRARY <3

I'm actually hungry, but I don't want to eat. I might just make PB&J and call it a night.
