Food stuff

so recently I've felt...not as good as I did before. Its probably partially that I'm not eating enough vegetables and I'm having too much sugar, but I feel like it might be other things and I need to start trying to eliminate stuff again in experiments. ...also maybe not eat so much bread, though my body seems to tolerate it better than most peoples. Oats hate me though, and thankfully I dislike rice and pasta. so win.

Breaking the vicious cycle

I don't like the wording for the list of foods, being illegal and legal. I do understand that it helps people know for sure, but I ...am probably defiant and don't like to be told I can't do something unless I decide I shouldn't.

The way of eating that the website seems to suggest is really probably the paleo diet thing that's going around. (ha going around like its the flu) But I also see that it helps people avoid processed foods that have lots of shit in them. I could probably more easily eat this way if I were on my own.

The website says no cocoa. I'm not as upset about this as I would normally be because I've felt weird about eating cocoa for a while now. I'm not sure why. It also says no coffee, which I can now live with since the no milk thing. Coffee isn't really that great.

Plus its all backed by biochem and things. Can't hurt because there is all the important stuff, veggies fruits seeds proteins etc.
