Mar. 9th, 2012 07:21 pmso in some games, which I have never actually played, you get a house. ...Oh wait I played animal crossing for a while. anyhow. you get a house, and its like your place to stash all your crap and things and just have your place in the game. It could be littered with rocks for all the game or anyone else cares. pretty rocks. :3
So after looking through the mass of things that accumulated while I was on vacation, I am now back to a more regular interneting. I find it brings me a serious sense of joy. I read comics on certain days when they update and giggle at stupid things.
I've been thinking lately about what sort of person I am. Being at a new job with new people, is kind of rough. Plus in the city it seems people are both more accepting and more clique-ish. Which connects with the internet thing because this seems like my place. I suppose if there was no internet it would be at a book store or the library.
Maybe I'm just feeling lonely at work because I don't know anyone yet. I don't know people's personalities and not being in a department with lots of people I'm not forced to interact with anyone really. Pleasantries kind of blow...been sticking with those.
counted stuff, drove home in traffic while listening to sense and sensability and eating rice and spinich dal, and then took a nap.
My mom washed half my clothes a second time, because she was being nice and didn't realize they were already clean.
I need to remember to start saving for summer clothes. My short pants from last year are weirdly baggy and are worn out. I don't remember them ever being tight though so they might just be shaped strange.
I want a pair of steppin out shoes, but that will take some research, and maybe hopeing globe has women's shoes. and of course by steppin out, I mean a nice pair of skate shoes for special occasions. I don't think I can even get the hologram sparkle converse anymore, not in the color I want.
OH! I went to crate and barrel and after over 3 months I finally was able to buy my creamer thing! It is so hard to find a creamer with a lid, and then tada there it was. I thought the sugar bowl was okay, but I didn't get it. I am okay with missmatched stuff.
I also saw these there and if I were in a position to have to pick out plates, or place settings this would be it, no question. I may go get some of it in a few months, I think (hope) its new so it will be there a while.
